Aeon & Trisl CEO receives top recognition in the UAE
Saleem Karsaz, Group CEO of Aeon & Trisl Real Estate Broker LLC, was awarded Top Real Estate Broker with 4 Star Rank recently at the RERA Annual Award 2020 Ceremony for Brokers and Valuators, organised by the Dubai Land Department.
He is ranked the highest among 6,000+ brokers in Dubai, considered the highest recognition in UAE real estate and he is the first Pakistani national to achieve this milestone.
His journey in the UAE started in 2003. After completing high school graduation from Pakistan, he moved to the UAE and earned a degree in finance from the American University, Dubai. He entered real estate in 2007 gradually gaining knowledge and experience on trends and the dynamics of the real estate industry. In 2013, he got married and has two wonderful kids.
Due to the pandemic, 2020 has been difficult for all businesses worldwide, especially for real estate, but being a determined businessperson; he used his 15 years’ experience to utilise this situation brilliantly and turned declining sales around. He always envisioned the UAE to be an investment hub for the world and with its extraordinary healthcare system, the nation has outshone itself during the pandemic. He believed Dubai would also grow and expand, while offering opportunities for every sector.
He has established three offices in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Gujarat) in 2020. The UK branch in Mayfair, London was established in 2018 and enjoys skyrocketing profits with sales executed in the UK, Pakistan and the UAE. Currently, Aeon & Trisl globally comprises of 300+ team members.
His experience and mentoring skills in the fields of finance, sales, marketing and especially real estate, have benefitted the company while motivating his team. For Karsaz, the team at Aeon & Trisl is like family, and this bond extends to his clients / investors who have put their trust in him and his team all these years.
He has received several prestigious recognitions from various organisations (developers, non-profit institutions and government sectors) in the UAE and across global platforms. These include the Emaar Top Tier Broker since 2013; Majid Al Futtaim Top Tier Broker since 2020; Nakheel’s Top Tier Broker since 2013, and more. The company’s name was projected twice on the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa in 2019 creating history.
