All our managed property tenancy contracts come with additional protective addendums to ensure that our landlords are protected.. Additional conditions also bind the tenant to make sure the property is returned in the condition it was received.
Your man on the ground. Each managed property comes with a key account manager who will handle the tenant and property from A to Z while keeping the landlord in the loop. The account manager ensures your tenant and your asset is looked after throughout the year.
Throughout your time with us, you will receive condition reports that will give you an idea of the state of your property.
360° PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We will take care of rent collections, tenant relations, Ejari registrations, security deposit, annual inspections and move in & move out inspections.
We will take care of all your property maintenance with your tenants and maintenance contractors. We will maintain a detailed log of your property and send our maintenance teams for a quotation. Judging by the cost of work, we will advise either the landlord or tenant on the amount to be paid for rectification. If it is under the minor amount, the tenant is required to rectify it prior to the end of the tenancy. If it is over the minor amount, the landlord will receive a quote for their approval.
We take care of all-important documentation, service requests taking place in your home, your inspection reports, financial records, bank statements, bank slips and so much more.
